Meet Our Team
Thomas was born and raised in Ruston, Louisiana. He was blessed to marry Cindy, a native of Chattanooga, and they have called Chattanooga home since 2004. Thomas and Cindy have been further blessed by adopting three children; one domestic and two from Uganda. He is active with his church and is involved with teaching, outreach opportunities, and strategic planning.
Thomas and Wally created Chattanooga Property Solutions to provide solutions for folks with challenging real estate issues. Solving problems and helping people is at the heart of everything they do.
When Thomas isn’t looking at houses or talking about real estate, he enjoys time with his family, mountain biking, trail running, hiking and exploring the extraordinary beauty and diverse environment that Chattanooga offers.
Wally Reece is a native of Chattanooga and resides in Hixson, TN with his wife of 38 years. They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Wally graduated from The Baylor School in 1977, worked in the construction industry until his enlistment in the United States Marine Corps in 1982. In 1986, Wally was Honorably Discharged as a Sargent. Over the next several years, Wally worked as a sales rep for 2 major real estate developers and 2 telecommunications companies.
Wally has also been a partner in a nationwide telecommunications company. For several years, was the Broker/Owner of a local real estate services company before partnering with Thomas to start Chattanooga Property Solutions LLC.
Wally is very active in his local church and frequently travels to Honduras on mission trips to work alongside the Lenca Indians. He also enjoys spending time with his 4 grandchildren, diving with the sharks at the Tennessee Aquarium, working out at a local gym and traveling to the beautiful Caribbean Islands.
Director of Operations
Kelly was born at the Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland. She is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and Oceanographer for the Atlantic fleet. She met her husband David in the navy. Together they served on the east coast from Rhode Island to Florida. Kelly and David have two teenage daughters. Over 4 years ago, Kelly and her family moved to Chattanooga.
Kelly is the Director of Operations for Chattanooga Property Solutions. One of her responsibilities is to handle the transaction coordinator work. She enjoys interacting with our sellers and buyers to ensure all documentation is collected to close on a house.
In her off time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her daughters and husband, visiting colleges, going to dance and robotics competitions and feeding a house full. If she finds she has some downtime, she loves to read and visit with her family.
Morgan was born and raised here in Chattanooga, TN. She attended UTC for college where she met her husband, and our Property Solution Specialist, Joe. They were married in 2015 and have one son together. They have chosen Chattanooga as their forever home and love serving their neighbors.
Morgan handles our social media accounts and works behind the scenes with clients and operations.
When Morgan isn’t working or doing fun activities around town with her son, she enjoys gardening, tending to her wide collection of houseplants, and spending time downtown at locally owned shops, restaurants and events.

Joe, our Property Specialist, was born and raised in Cookeville, TN and has been a Chattanooga resident since 2011. Joe graduated from UTC with a degree in Finance, and also spent some time playing basketball for Covenant College on Lookout Mountain. In 2015, Joe was blessed with the privilege of marrying Morgan, a native of Chattanooga and our Lead Manager. Joe & Morgan have since had one son together and intend to make Chattanooga their permanent home. Joe & Morgan have chosen to devote their professional lives to serving their local community by providing real estate solutions to those in need.
Joe is the first face our sellers see when obtaining a cash offer for their property. He is the primary point of contact and step by step guide from beginning to end in our simple process. Determining the right solution that fits the unique needs of each individual we work with is the heart of Joe’s role at Chattanooga Property Solutions.
When he isn’t working, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, playing golf, watching football, spending time with friends, and exploring the vast range of unique activities Chattanooga has to offer.
