Thomas DeMoss
Owner
Thomas was born and raised in Ruston, Louisiana. He was blessed to marry Cindy, a native of Chattanooga, and they have called Chattanooga home since 2004. Thomas and Cindy have been further blessed by adopting three children; one domestic and two from Uganda. He is active with his church and is involved with teaching, outreach opportunities, and strategic planning.
Thomas created Chattanooga Property Solutions to provide solutions for folks with challenging real estate issues and those who need to sell their house for cash. For Chattanooga Property Solutions, solving problems and helping people is at the heart of everything they do.
When Thomas isn’t looking at houses or talking about real estate, he enjoys time with his family, mountain biking, trail running, hiking and exploring the extraordinary beauty and diverse environment that Chattanooga offers.
Lee and his wife Rachel live in Chattanooga with their two boys. Lee has lived here for 22 years, since he came to attend school.
Lee has had several professional roles since school, including Bicycle Mechanic, Outdoor Equipment Distributor, and Sales Manager for a Real Estate company. He loves houses and the stories they tell, and takes time to understand the challenges that are always a part of selling a house for cash in Chattanooga.
In his free time, Lee chases a 7 and 3-year-old around many of the parks and green spaces in Chattanooga, fixes neighborhood kids bikes, and samples too much of Rachel's unbelievably good french cuisine.

Chattanooga has been home to Sarah since moving here in 1993. She graduated from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Finance Degree.

Sarah has two daughters that are her pride and joy. They keep her busy from one softball field to the next. The oldest playing at the collegiate level and the younger at the high school level. She loves watching them do what they love.
